Course Description:

This program is designed to develop an awareness of what constitutes an effective and long lasting approach to the retention of staff. This presentation, as part 1 of a 2 part series will focus on the organizational climate necessary to support staff retention and effective recruitment strategies.

Five key strategies must take place to ensure an effective recruitment and retention program. Part 1 will focus on the first four strategies which will create an organizational wide commitment to the process of retention using an inter-active planning model. Examples of how to energize your employees and have them want to be a part of the recruitment process will be presented as well as examples on how best to align your recruitment monies.
