Life Care Planning 101

Life care planning has emerged as a valuable tool for case managers to assist

in services to individuals with long-term health care needs. This program

offers an in-depth view of the processes associated with this growing

specialty practice. Focusing upon assessment and researching, participants

will be able to discuss the components of a life care plan and the multiple

applications of the process. Special attention will be given to the role and

function of a life care planner in litigation, worker's compensation and

elder care management.
