Emergency Action/Fire Prevention PlanThe objective of Emergency Action/Fire Prevention Plan training is to train employees in the safe and effective response to workplace emergencies. All employees are potentially affected by workplace emergencies, and should receive training in appropriate response. This training program is designed to satisfy, in whole or in part, the training requirements of 29 CFR 1910.38(a)(5), (b)(4) and 29 CFR 1910.165(b)(4).
